Shipping & Returns
How We Ship
All Izakaya posters are printed on demand by Gelato, our global production partner. When you place an order, it's sent directly to the print studio closest to your delivery address. Posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
Production takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched:

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at hello@izakaya.store.
Returns Policy
Because every poster is printed specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@izakaya.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every print we sell. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days, contact us and we'll work to find a fair resolution.
Customs & Import Duties
Because our prints are produced locally by Gelato's network, most orders are produced within your own country or region — meaning no import duties in most cases.
