What sizes are available?

Our posters come in A4 (21×30cm), A3 (30×42cm), A2 (42×60cm), and A1 (60×84cm). All sizes maintain the same 2:3 aspect ratio, so the composition is identical across sizes — just scaled up.

Do the posters come framed?

Posters are sold unframed. We print on standard sizes that fit frames from IKEA, Desenio, and most frame shops. We recommend a simple black or natural wood frame for the best look.

What's the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal?

Add any 3 posters to your cart and the cheapest one is automatically free. The discount is applied at checkout — no code needed. The offer applies to all posters in all sizes.

Can I get a digital download instead of a print?

We currently only sell physical prints. Digital downloads may be offered in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

What paper and ink do you use?

All prints are produced on 200gsm premium matte paper using archival pigment inks. The result is a rich, fade-resistant print that stays sharp and vibrant for decades.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens vary in brightness and colour calibration, so there may be slight differences. In general, prints appear slightly warmer and more matte than a backlit screen. We design all posters with print output in mind, so what you receive should look excellent.

Who prints the posters?

Our production partner is Gelato, a global network of local print studios. Your poster is printed at the facility closest to your delivery address, which means faster shipping and a smaller carbon footprint.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within Europe, and 5–10 business days for the rest of the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide via Gelato's global production network. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping is available on all orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

If your poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us at hello@izakaya.store with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Can I return a poster if I change my mind?

Because each poster is printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
